Alex was born into the black culture of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, the child of a
multi-racial marriage. As a young girl she exhibited not only remarkable
musical talent but astonishing athletic skill as well. She eventually chose to play
table tennis amd quickly rose to the top of her sport to play on the Canadian
National Team.
All the time Alex was training athletically she was also singing and playing
guitar. She sang in every Karaoke club from Eastern Europe to China entertaining
other athletes worldwide as they trained and competed.
When her career in sports ended due to injury, she changed her name to Alex,
and became a full time singer/songwriter and entertainer.
