Braiden has been singing all of her life. When she was six, she began piano
lessons and a little later began playing drums, and she found pure rhyme and
rhythm for the rest of her life.
Since that time she has been writing and singing her songs at the piano. At the
end of high school began recording them in her home studio.
Her song Black and Purple written with co-writer Brea, is the theme song for
RespectED the anti- bullying program run by the Canadian Red Cross.
Braiden has written and arranged the songs for her debut CD, and is in the studio
now completing the project.
Most recently, Braiden got together with youth activists Priya and Sonya Wadhera
to write a song for their new campaign for youth called, Be An Inspiration!
Braiden composed the music for the song! The song was recorded by Priya and
Sonya Wadhera, music by Braiden Turner who also plays keyboards on the
tracks.
